Advanced Labeling & Marking is located in South Florida, however, we are truly a Global Distributor, providing products for many countries around the world. Our customer base ranges from FORTUNE 500 companies to small family owned business. Our main focus is within Florida and surrounding states. Although our technical services are primarily dedicated to the Florida area, we have done installations and training in California, Georgia, and South Carolina. A large section of our sales are international, Central and South America, Caribbean, Canada and Mexico make up the bulk of our International Sales. We offer in-house repair and training for everything we sell and free technical phone support.

We can provide all these services onsite (mainly within Florida or in our facility. Regular service hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM till 5 PM Eastern Standard Time. Excluding Holidays.
All Service Work is performed by our Factory Trained Technicians
Rates:
Standard Service Rates $195.00 per hour - (minimum 1 hour per visit, After Hours and Holidays are charged at premium rate of $300.00 per hour when required)
"In-house" Rates $175.00 per hour - For repairs that are delivered and picked up at our facility.
Drive time is applicable to all on-site service calls and is calculated based on average travel time from our main office to your location at $115.00 per hour and is rounded up to the nearest whole hour.
- Average time to replace and test a thermal transfer printhead is 30 minutes or less.
- Average time to perform Leibinger yearly service is 1.5 hours per machine.
- Average time to perform Linx 1400 or 2000 hr service is 45 minutes to 1 hour per machine.
- Average training for new machinery is 2 hours and covers label/message setup, startup/shutdown procedures, product maintenance and any questions the customers have. It is recommended that more then two operators attend training (no additional cost).
