Auto Labe / Fully Automatic Labelers
Fully automatic labelers are indended to be installed to packaging lines and eliminate the need for any human intervention when apply labels to a product. This can be accomplished by several methods. Typically application is achieved with a pneumatic or electric cylinder with a specially designed label pad. The cylinder will extend out and touch (tamp) the adhesive side of the label to a product. Variations of this method will extend the cylinder and then use air to blow the label to the product surface (tamp-blow]). Another popular method is a blow-on system that will use a burst of air to deliver the label from the pad to the product surface with out the use of a cylinder. Other methods can be used to wipe a label onto a surface, or even place two duplicate or unique labels on different sides of a product.

Autolabe's Automatic Wipe-On Applicator has been the workforce of the pressure sensitive labeling industry since 1967. Originally developed as a low cost solution to apply pressure sensitive labels, the Model 110 has been continually upgraded to meet today's demanding labeling needs and is used in virtually every industry for primary and secondary labeling. The Wipe-On Applicator is best suited for flat surfaces, slightly tapered or convex surfaces. Custom modifications can be made to match the application.
WIPE-ON OPERATIONAL SEQUENCE
The product is guided to the applicator using a consistent conveyor speed. A product sensor detects the product and starts the label applicator. The label is dispensed matching the speed of the conveyor. A roller or brush is used to wipe-down the label to ensure proper adhesion. |

Auto Labe's Automatic ALL AIR Wipe-On Applicator is the ideal label applicator for harsh wet or outdoor environments. The Model 120 is designed for moderate speeds and runs completely on air. It's ideal for packaging lines that extend out to docks or packaging equipment set up on transport beds or in field sheds.
The Model 120 ALL AIR is ideal for primary and secondary labeling. The Wipe-On Applicator is best suited for flat surfaces, slightly tapered or convex surfaces. Custom modifications can be made to match applications.

Autolabe's Blow-On Applicator is designed for non-contact applications or where container recessed areas require accurate label placement. The Blow-On Applicator works at any angle and special rotational mounts are available. The standard label vacuum grid is 4 1/2" x 4 1/2". Custom vacuum grids can be made to accommodate most label sizes. The Model 130 Blow-On applicator is ideal for custom applications where other labeling methods are inefficient.
BLOW-ON OPERATIONAL SEQUENCE
The product is consistently guided to the applicator and can be moving or stopped at the point of application. The label is stripped from the web and is held on a blow grid by vacuum. When the sensor or switch detects the product, the label is blown onto the product with a blast of air. |

Autolabe's Automatic Tamp-Down Label Applicator applies a pressure sensitive label utilizing a positive tamp action to ensure complete label adhesion on the product container or package. Tamp heads of different material from hard to spongy allow for product variation or surface differences. The Tamp-Down Applicator may be used in any direction and a variety of tamp heads are available.
